The cultural society of Nea Philadelphia"Centre of Philadelphians"was founded in 1985 and is sheltered in KELESOGLIO CULTURAL CENTRE, in Nea Philadelphia of Thessaloniki.

The Society is a coupling of the cultural society of N.Philadelphia which was founded in N. Philadelphia of Thessaloniki in 12 - 3 - 1985 with a decision of the court of the first instance of Thessaloniki 1080/84 and of the CENTER  OF PHILADELPHIANS  of Thessaloniki in 30 - 5 -  1971 (file number 591, dec.452).  The Board of Directors of the society consists of 7 members and is elected every 2 years.  Honorary president of the society is Mr Theologidis Georgios, whose valueable material has been preserved since 1920 until today and embellishes the society.
The society is sheltered in a building which is a DONATION of the great benefactors KELESOGLOU BROTHERS and was named  KELESOGLIO  INTELLECTUAL  CENTRE in honour of them.
 Nea Philadelphia is a village of 1.000 residents.It is 23 klms away from the centre of Thessalonikiand 14 klms from the margins of the city.
